Right off the MacArthur Causeway is Star Island with homes owned by Miami’s elite such as Gloria Estefan, Sean Combs and even NBA star Shaquille O’Neal. While there is no public access to Star Island, you can get on a number of boat tours that highlight Biscayne Bay and show off their wonderful homes.
