Q: When and where is breakfast served?
A: Available from 8AM-11AM at the Sidewalk Café or through Room Service.

Q: When can I order Room Service?
A: Breakfast: 8AM- Midnight; All Day Menu: 11AM-1AM; Late Night: 1AM-5AM.

Q: When is the Patio and Game On Sports Bar open?
A: Daily at 10AM-5AM.

Q: How do I get access to the SPF4 Sun Deck and C-Level Rooftop Terrace?
A: The decks are hotel guest amenities

Q: When is The 1020 music lounge open?
A: Friday and Saturday from 11PM-5AM.

Q: Is there a dress code for any venues on the property?
A: The 1020 music lounge has a dress standard which consists of no hats, jerseys or shorts.

Q: When is Happy Hour?
A: Monday - Friday from 4PM-7PM.Half-off on all well single liquor cocktails, house wine, draft + bottled beer, Miami Margarita, Miami Vice, Cleve Colada and Mickey’s Rum Runner. We also feature a $5 Munchie Menu!

Q: Do I need reservations for any of the venues?
A: We only take reservations for private event bookings and for bottle service at the 1020 music lounge.

Q: What kind of special events will be going on during my stay?
A: Click here to check out a list of upcoming events or stop by the Front Desk for the latest information.

Q: Are there any vegetarian selections on the menu?
A: Yes, we offer a variety of menu items to satisfy different preferences. Items include: French fries or sweet potato fries, onion rings, Greek salad, Caesar salad, Classic Cheese pizza, Margherita pizza, Vegetable pizza, Grilled Cheese sandwich, Sautéed Vegetables side and Caprese salad.

Q: Are there mini bars in the rooms?
A: No, but there are several beverage packages available through Room Service. Click here for a complete listing

Q: What payment options are accepted at the venues?
A: All major credit cards, cash, traveler's checks and room charge as long as a credit card is posted to the room.

Q: Is there food and beverage service at the beach?
A: No, however to-go food orders can be placed in person either at the Sidewalk Café or at any of the Pool + Patio bars for the guest to take with them.

Q: Is smoking permitted in any of the venues?
A: Smoking is permitted at the Sidewalk Café, any of the Pool + Patio bars, the 1020 music lounge, SPF4 Sun Deck and C-Level Rooftop Terrace. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel, rooms or suites.

Q: Are there any items that I can pre-purchase to have in my room for arrival?
A: Anything on the menu can be ordered in advance. We have a selection of beverage packages available. Click here for a complete listing.

Q: When do you have entertainment?
A: 365 days a year.

Q: When do you have live music and/or live bands?
A: Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Q: When do the dancers perform?
A: Every day except Monday.

Q: When is the signature Splash Model Showcase?
A: Splash is held every Saturday at 3PM.

Q: Do you have shuttle service to the airport?
A: The Clevelander outsources shuttle transportation and we would be more than happy to arrange for you upon request.

Q: How much is a Super Shuttle to the airport?
A: $22 per Person to Miami Intl Airport (Tip @ guest discretion) and $30 per person to Ft Lauderdale Airport (Tip @ guest discretion).*** Prices are subject to change***.

Q: How much is a taxi to the airport?
A: $32 + Tip to Miami Intl Airport and $70 + Tip to Ft Lauderdale Airport. ***Prices are subject to change***

Q: Where can I purchase beach towels?
A: There are two Clevelander Beach Towels in your Guestroom available for purchase as well as additional towels at the gift shop.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi available on property?
A: Yes, we have complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the property.

Q: Do you have cell phone chargers?
A: We have cell phone charges available at the Front Desk as a complimentary amenity for guests to borrow.

Q: Do you have European Adaptors?
A: We have European Adaptors available at the Front Desk as a complimentary amenity for guests to borrow.

Q: Do you have late check-out? What is the fee?
A: Late check outs are limited and based on availability. When available, a late checkout may be granted with a fee. If these options are not available we welcome you to store your luggage items and feel free to continue using our facilities and dining in our restaurants until you need to leave property.

Q: How early can I check in?
A: Early check-in is available based on the previous night occupancy. Contact a vacation ambassador at 305.532.4006 or 877.532.4006 to request an early check-in.

Q: How late can I check in before my reservation is cancelled?
A: We hold reservations until 6AM of the next day. After 6AM, the reservation is officially cancelled.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Cancellation policies may vary depending on season.

Q: Is there an age minimum for the property?
A: Yes, 21 and over. Exceptions are made for dining at the sidewalk café, where children are permitted with someone 21 and over.

Q: How many guests are permitted in each room and suite?
A: Rates are based on double occupancy. A $50 per night charge will be added for a 3rd guest in all rooms with 2 beds. A maximum of 3 guests are permitted in hotel rooms with double beds.

Q: Can I have friends visit me at the hotel?
A: Yes, but they must register at the Front Desk upon entering the hotel.

Q: Is parking available at the hotel?
A: We offer 24 hr valet parking service for $29 per night with in and out access.

Q: Do you have a gym?
A: We do not have an on-site gym. Our Guest Services will be happy to connect you with a local gym partner.

Q: What methods of payment may I use for the hotel?
A: All major credit cards, cash and traveler’s checks.

Q: Are beach chair and umbrella services available?
A: Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available at the beach Right entrance at 10th St. and Ocean Drive in front of hotel for a small fee, next to the pink lifeguard tower.

Q: Are there any items that I can pre-purchase to have in my room for arrival?

Q: Do you have rollaways available and is there a fee?
A: Not available.

A: Advance billing may be set up through a Vacation Ambassador. A credit card authorization form should be submitted along with proper identification.

A: Corporate Rates can be organized through our Sales Department. Please contact sales@Clevelander.com for more information.

Q: Do you have Luggage Storage and is there a fee for it?
A: We are happy to store a guest’s luggage upon request for no fee.

Q: Do you have Umbrellas available for guests?
A: Umbrellas are available at the Front Desk upon request.

Q: Can I bring pets with me to the hotel?
A: We do not allow pets on property.

Q: What type of parking service does the hotel offer?
A: We offer a Valet service for $29.00 per day with unlimited in and out access for both properties.
