In light of COVID-19, we’ve launched our Cleve Cares Program to ensure you can have fun in a clean and safe environment. Our initiative puts safety first with elevated cleanliness, EPA- approved disinfectant, and more.

Can I cancel my reservation without penalty?

Due to COVID-19, we want to make sure you feel safe and comfortable when making plans to visit us and alleviate any concerns you may have. We are implementing a flexible cancellation policy with a full refund issued if canceled 24 hours prior to reservation. General Questions

What is check in/check out time?

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m.

Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

Our hotel and rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the POOL+PATIO.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, Clevelander's main pool is located in the center of the property.

Will your rooms allow rollaway beds? Is there a charge?

We do offer rollaway beds for certain room types based on square footage per City of Miami Beach Fire Code. We do not add an extra charge. Rollaway beds are based on availability. Please call the hotel directly for room options at (305) 532-4006.

Do you have connecting rooms?

Yes, we do have connecting rooms, however, connecting rooms must be requested in advance and cannot be guaranteed. Please call (305) 532-4006 to speak to a Reservation Specialist directly.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Please call (305) 532-4006 to speak directly with a Reservation Specialist about your accommodations.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes. We provide Wi-Fi to all of our guests as part of the Resort Fee.

Are you pet-friendly?

Only service animals are allowed at the hotel.

Do you allow outside drinks or bottles in the rooms?

No, we do not. We have an extensive menu that our Rockstar Concierge team will happily assist you with.

Is breakfast included?

We offer complimentary coffee and croissants every morning at our sister property, Essex House by Clevelander.

Until what time is there room service?

Due to COVID-19, we are not offering room service to reduce the amount of person-to-person contact.

How can I contact lost and found?

If you have lost an item during your stay with us, please fill out the RFP Form and our safety and risk management team will contact you.

Is there any cover charge to enter in Clevelander’s bar area?

There is no charge for hotel guests to enter Clevelander's POOL+PATIO area. Non-hotel guests will need to pay a cover charge when applicable.

Does the hotel sell any kind of tours over Miami?

Yes! Our Rockstar Concierge will be happy to help you join many of Miami's walking tours, boat tours, bus tours or museum tours.

Transportation and Directions

How do I get to the hotel?

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?

Although complimentary transportation is not available, our Hotel Team can assist with a host of options.

Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?

We are not currently offering valet service at the hotel. Parking is not included in the room rate, but there are several garages in the area to park in. Our Hotel Team can help answer any questions you have (877) 532-4006.

Reservation Questions

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this

In this situation, you would have to contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website. Is there an additional charge?

Yes. In addition to the room rate, Resort Fee and taxes, we place an incidental hold of $100 per night on all rooms (regardless of booking method). The incidental hold allows our guests to bill restaurant, bar and room service charges to their room. Any unused balance will be released back to the credit card at check-out and may take 7-10 business days. We do not accept cash for incidental deposits.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?

Is my ID/passport required at check in?

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. Clevelander only allows guests who are 21 and over. Our guests' safety is very important to us; identification will also be necessary to re-enter the hotel at night, weekends and during special events.

Can I check in with my debit card?

We absolutely take debit cards at check-in. Please call (305) 532-4006 to talk to a Reservation Specialist about the different forms of payment we accept. Our Front Desk Agent will also further explain payment options at check-in.

Do you have an early departure fee?

Yes. An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

Is there any way a guest can check-in before 4:00 p.m.?

Yes. If the room is clean and available, we will gladly offer complimentary early check-in.

I was asked to leave $100.00 per night when I checked in, what is this for?

The $100.00 per night is an incidental hold which will allow you to place bar, restaurant and room service charges to your room.
