Is there any cover charge to enter in Clevelander’s bar area?
There is no charge for hotel guests to enter Clevelander's Beach Club. Non-hotel guests will need to pay a cover charge when applicable.

Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
Although complimentary transportation is not available, our Hotel Team can assist with a host of options.
Do you have on-site parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Valet parking is available for $49.00 per night plus tax with unlimited in and out privileges. Parking is not included in the room rate, but there are several garages in the area to park in. Public parking garages are also available on 7th Street, 10th Street, and 13th Street on Collins Avenue and charge an hourly or overnight fee.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this
In this situation, you would have to contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website. Is there an additional charge?
Yes. In addition to the room rate, Resort Fee and taxes, we place an incidental hold of $100 per night on all rooms (regardless of booking method). The incidental hold allows our guests to bill restaurant, bar and room service charges to their room. Any unused balance will be released back to the credit card at check-out and may take 7-10 business days. We do not accept cash for incidental deposits.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
If you need to cancel your reservation we ask that you let us know at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If we don't hear from you, a no-show penalty of one night's stay and tax will be charged to the card you provided us.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in. Clevelander only allows guests who are 21 and over. Our guests' safety is very important to us; identification will also be necessary to re-enter the hotel at night, weekends and during special events.
Can I check in with my debit card?
We absolutely take debit cards at check-in. Please call (305) 532-4006 to talk to a Reservation Specialist about the different forms of payment we accept. Our Front Desk Agent will also further explain payment options at check-in.
Do you have an early departure fee?
Yes. An early departure fee of up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.
Is there any way a guest can check-in before 4:00 p.m.?
Yes, if the room is clean and available, we offer early check-in for an additional $25.
I was asked to leave $100.00 per night when I checked in, what is this for?
The $100.00 per night is an incidental hold which will allow you to place bar, restaurant and room service charges to your room.
At check-in, you will be asked to present the credit card used to book your reservation. If the card is not present, we will have to refund the deposit on the original card and take the full amount from the new card.
