TABLE RESERVATIONS HAVE A TIME LIMIT OF 4 HOURS 

1. Complete and email form to vpalacio@clevelander.com
2. Once the form is received, an email from service@sertifi.net with a link to collect the credit card that will be charged in case you adhere to the cancellation policy. 
3. When credit card authorization payment is complete, your reservation is automatically confirmed. 
4. On the day of your reservation, you are required to pay for the package in full with cash or a credit card. 
5. If paying with a credit card, it must be charged using ONE card. We do not split checks. 

Cancellation Policy: $100 assessment fee if cancellation is within 48 hours, day of, or no shows. 

A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. It will only be charged in the event the reservation is canceled within the cancellation policy. 

We are a rain or shine outdoor venue.
