Classic Rooms offer a cozy refuge from the poolside action and are located in the Historic North Tower. Features a king bed as the focal point of the room, surrounded by South Beach's iconic palm trees, and scenic views of the Art Deco district. Cooling white marble floors, with blue tone accents, remind you of the beautiful beaches located across the street from our Oceanfront property. All Classic rooms are non-smoking.

Resort Fee
A $34 Resort Fee (plus tax) is charged per room per night, the Resort Fee includes beach towels, high-speed WiFi, bike rentals, 2 bottles of water upon arrival, welcome beverage, local calls, complimentary coffee and pastry, and year-round entertainment programming.
Valet Parking
Valet Parking is available 24 hours a day, the nightly fee is $49.00 plus tax.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
All reservations require a 1 night deposit plus tax. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates may require a full stay deposit. Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm hotel time,72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a 1 night plus tax fee. Reservations that fall within current promotions and/or special event dates may have different cancellation policies. .
Check-in Policy
Guests must be 21 years of age to check in and present a valid credit card and ID to check in.
Smoking Policy
Clevelander is a non-smoking property, a $250 deep clean fee will be assessed if non-smoking policy is violated.
